Hiring for part time veterinary office receptionist.
Medical reception experience is required.
Mornings and afternoons are a must.
Hours for part-time are normally 8 am - 1 pm, and 1 pm - 6 pm.
Depending on the day, there might be some flexibility.
Answering multi-line phone system.
Checking patients in and out before and after medical procedures and appointments.
Understand vaccine schedules and filling out patient charts.
Filing charts every day End of day procedures like counting the cash drawer and preparing charts for the next day.
Keeping the front desk and waiting area clean and tidy.
Must have a positive attitude! Processing payments, returns, and refunds when needed.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Might be needed during some appointments to help handle or hold animals.
Might be needed to draw up vaccines for appointments.
