We have recently opened up a second location in Edison, NJ and are looking for a bookkeeper to add to our wonderful team! Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who can help ensure the accuracy of our financial records.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records.
Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
Reconcile monthly bank statements.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Ensure accuracy of financial documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business-related field Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivables Experience using QuickBooks online required Strong organization skills & Detail-oriented Central NJ location, can meet occasionally in Mendham or Edison NJ Job Type:
